WHO WE ARE

What started in Auckland in 2021 as a small online store has grown into something much bigger. Today, we're building Getthosecards to be the first place New Zealand collectors and players think of when they need singles. Whether they're hunting down the last card for a binder, putting together a competitive deck, discovering a new game, or looking to turn cards they no longer need into cash or store credit.

Our focus has always been singles.

Rather than trying to be everything to everyone, we've spent years building the systems, inventory and infrastructure needed to do singles properly. Hundreds of thousands of cards available from one store. Competitive pricing that moves with the market. Daily restocks. Fast nationwide dispatch. And a Trade-In Centre designed to make selling your cards just as straightforward as buying them.

As the TCG hobby has grown, so have we.

Getthosecards has expanded beyond our beginnings in Pokémon and Digimon to support an increasingly diverse range of trading card games. Our goal isn't simply to add more games for the sake of having them, it's to build genuine depth across each one, from inexpensive deck-building cards and bulk through to sought-after collector pieces.

We also believe some of the best inventory doesn't come from opening more sealed product. It comes from the community.

Our Trade-In Centre gives players and collectors an easy way to move cards they're finished with, while putting those same cards back into the hands of somebody looking for them. It's a model that allows our inventory to constantly change, keeps cards circulating within the hobby, and lets us build a singles range that isn't entirely dependent on the latest product release.

And we're still building.

New games. More inventory. Better ways to trade in. Faster ways to find exactly what you're looking for. More convenient ways to get cards to us and receive orders from us.

Whether you're chasing one card or an entire deck, buying your first TCG or selling a collection you've spent years building, we want Getthosecards to be the place you think of first.
