What market rate are you offering to pay for my cards?

We’re all about transparency — that’s why we display our current market rate percentages for each game right at the top of our Buylist tool. 

These rates show exactly what percentage of the current market value we’re offering for your cards.

Our rates can rise or fall slightly over time depending on current demand and inventory levels.

What is a buylist?

The Buylist is our all-in-one trade-in tool that lets you easily submit both bulk cards and individual higher-value singles in one place. You can handpick the cards you’d like to trade in and instantly see their estimated value before submitting them for approval.

We’ve combined what used to be two separate systems — Bulk and Buylist — into a single streamlined tool, making it faster and simpler than ever to trade in your cards.

We currently accept Bulk cards for Pokémon TCG, Gundam Card Game and One Piece Card Game singles. For Buylist submissions, we accept singles from Pokémon TCG, Gundam Card Game, One Piece Card Game and Digimon Card Game.

Yes, we kindly request that all parcels containing Trading Card Singles be shipped with a tracking option. Please provide the tracking number to us via email at info@getthosemons.co.nz. This ensures a smooth process for both us and, most importantly, for you!

What happens if my Trading Card Singles are not on your Buylist?

If your cards are not on our Buylist, it means Getthosemons is either not actively purchasing them at this time or they fall into the category of bulk.

After verifying the authenticity and condition of your Trading Card Singles, we will issue payment based on the agreed prices from your submission. You can choose to receive your payment via bank transfer or as store credit!

What happens if Getthosemons declines to purchase my Trading Card Singles?

We reserve the right to decline submissions at our discretion. If your cards are not accepted, we will inform you promptly and coordinate their return.

Is there an expiry on my store credit?

No - your store credit never expires! You can use it whenever and however you like, with no time limits.

Can I cash out my store credit?

Sorry, store credit can’t be exchanged for cash. Because store credit is paid out at a bonus rate (higher than the standard cash amount), it can only be used toward purchases on our store once it’s been applied to your account.

Do you allow drop-offs?

At this stage, we’re only accepting trade-in submissions via shipping.
